Job summary

The Keller Group seeks a Capital Assets Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, and analysis of capital assets in line with accounting standards and organizational policies. You will lead the capital accounting function, partner with operations, and drive process improvements across asset-related reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Significant accounting experience including capital assets or capital project accounting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely, accurate reporting of capital assets for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory needs.
• Review capital asset activity and variances to support monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
• Ensure results comply with accounting standards and policies; prepare and review capital asset reporting for leadership.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the capital accounting and analysis team to ensure timely deliverables.
