The City of Noblesville's Engineering Department is seeking a Capital Asset Manager to oversee asset budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for maintenance and capital improvement projects. The role will lead the citywide Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and manage the Capital Budget to support strategic infrastructure goals.
