City of Dakota County seeks a Capital Finance Manager to lead the capital finance function and supervise a team of financial analysts. You will own revenue forecasting for all capital funding sources and manage long-range CIP planning.

In collaboration with the Physical Development Division, you will turn project scopes and schedules into multi-year expenditure and cash-flow forecasts, oversee grant reimbursements, project billing, and post-award compliance, and ensure operating budgets align
