Job summary

Qualifications

• At least five years of construction industry experience.
• Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read architectural plans and specifications.
• CPM scheduling and estimating experience beneficial.
• Willingness to travel occasionally per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing overall project coordination, planning, and scheduling.
• Comply with quality standards for product procurement and delivery.
• Maintain schedule and deliver projects on time.
• Monitor resource allocation and manage labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and manage change orders, submittals, RFIs, and contracts.
• Manage punch-list completion and project close-out including warranties and other documents.
• Continuing education to develop personally and build knowledge of base materials and systems installed.
• Attend company meetings as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
