Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 accounting credits or equivalent.
• All degrees from accredited institutions.
• Governmental/higher education accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and inventory control of university capital assets.
• Perform financial analysis, journal entries, and reconciliation.
• Support compliance, reporting, and audits with Excel data.
• Campus training and customer service on asset policies.
• Coordinate asset acquisition, maintenance, transfer and disposal processes.
