The position emphasizes reliability, learning, and teamwork. The successful candidate will engage with financial advisors and partners by phone, handle routine processing, and uphold accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and a professional phone presence.
• Customer service mindset with a desire to help others.
• Ability to multitask between calls, research, and processing tasks.
• Detail-oriented with willingness to learn operational processes.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Three years of client services experience or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from financial advisors and internal partners, providing accurate and efficient support.
• Process routine operational requests and transactions in accordance with established guidelines and service level expectations.
• Review and update account-related information across multiple systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Identify and elevate potential risks, discrepancies, or exceptions as appropriate.
• Deliver a service-first experience in all interactions with advisors and clients.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in required training, huddles, and team meetings.
• Follow documented best practices and adapt to process updates as needed.
