Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 0–2+ years in client-facing, service-oriented role.
• High-volume phone-based customer service experience and comfort on calls all day.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ownership mindset with problem-solving; able to research and drive resolution.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems/tools simultaneously with accuracy.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow process- and compliance-focused documentation.
• Preferred: financial services exposure; SIE; experience supporting advisors or banking clients.
