Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. seeks a Corporate Real Estate CAPEX Project Manager in Mount Pleasant, PA.

You will plan, direct, and manage corporate real estate capital projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance while upholding safety and environmental standards. You will drive end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring costs, quality, and compliance, and advancing sustainable energy infrastructure within a dynamic operating

Qualifications

• Work authorization to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, facility management, engineering, or related field
• Experience managing capital construction projects including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, building systems, and safety regulations
• Experience using project management software and reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage corporate real estate CAPEX projects from initiation through closeout
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor/contracts management
• Coordinate with internal units, architects, engineers, and contractors for safe, on-time delivery
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building codes
• Provide reports on project status, risks, and performance
