Hitachi Energy is seeking a Corporate Real Estate CAPEX Project Manager to plan, direct, and manage capital projects that support safe, reliable, and efficient operations in the power sector. You will oversee lifecycle activities from initiation to closeout, focusing on scope, schedule, budget, and compliance.

In this role, you plan, direct, and manage corporate real estate capital projects that support Hitachi Energy enabling safe, reliable, and efficient operations within the power industry. You oversee small to large‑scale, complex capital improvement and build projects, ensuring they are delivered within defined scope, schedule, and budget while meeting quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
You work closely with internal business units, architects, engineers, contractors, and external partners to align project objectives, manage financial performance, and coordinate execution activities within active operational environments. From CAPEX project setup and cost tracking to construction oversight, risk mitigation, and project closeout, you are accountable for the full project lifecycle. Your work supports operational continuity, facility reliability, and long‑term infrastructure sustainability by applying consistent governance, proven project practices, and continuous improvement through shared lessons learned.
