Job summary

UTEX Industries is seeking a CapEx Project Manager to lead planning, justification, execution, and startup of capital investments across UTEX facilities. You will own approximately $3-$5 million in annual capex, focused on safety, capacity, quality, and automation improvements.

Reporting to Operations and partnering with Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, Supply Chain, and Finance, you will drive capital project execution for rubber compounding, elastomer molding, and related manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
10+ years of manufacturing experience.
8+ years leading industrial capital projects.
Experience with capital budgets of $3M-$10M annually.
Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing data systems.

Responsibilities

Develop annual and multi-year capital plans aligned with growth objectives.
Lead planning, design, execution, and commissioning of capital projects.
Manage capital requests, justifications, financial evaluations, and ROI analyses.
Support development of long-term equipment replacement strategies for critical assets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
Drive modernization initiatives to increase capacity, reliability, and quality.
