MYTEX Polymers US Corp seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead capital, engineering, and process-improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and risk, develop integrated plans, and drive on-time commissioning and startup with operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing project management, plus PMP and Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years in engineering and project management in manufacturing.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Project and SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital, engineering, and process improvement projects end-to-end.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, and critical-path tracking.
• Review designs for compliance with NFPA codes and regulations.
• Govern project scope with charters, RACI, stage-gate reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and manage budgets and risks.
• Deliver commissioning, startup, and handover to operations on time and within budget.
