Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC in Oldsmar, FL is seeking a Lead Project Manager, Capital Projects. You will oversee a portfolio of major capital investments to expand capacity, improve operations, and align with strategic growth.

You will coordinate engineering, facilities, finance, procurement, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing capital projects, industrial equipment installations, facility expansions, or manufacturing projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with responsibility for budget, scope, schedule, and project outcomes.
• Knowledge of capital budgeting, project financials, forecasting, procurement processes, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of capital projects supporting manufacturing, facilities, infrastructure, and equipment expansion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and implementation strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Facilities, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, spending, and capital approval documentation.
• Oversee equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, qualification, and production handoff activities.
• Track project milestones, risks, action items, and critical-path activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Drive issue resolution, change management, and continuous communication across stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company capital project processes, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support long-range capital planning, budgeting, and strategic growth initiatives.
