Job summary

Archer Daniels Midland Company in Decatur, IL is seeking a Technology Engineer to guide CAPEX projects and manage capital initiatives with Operations Leadership. You will plan, prioritize and track capital projects while driving technical scope alignment across the site.

You will be a Wave super user, supporting project portfolio oversight, FEL processes and commissioning of specialized equipment to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or related field and five years of post-bachelor's experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide CAPEX planning, prioritization and tracking.
• Actively participate in the portfolio management process and guide technical scope for CAPEX projects.
• Support plant projects including FEL process and oversight of contract engineers.
• Assist plant personnel with diagnosis of operational difficulties and provide corrective actions.
