Job summary

Vallourec North America seeks a CapEx Portfolio Manager for Service Operations to lead capital investment programs and drive value across our North American service facilities. You will oversee capital planning, portfolio prioritization, project execution oversight, and budget management to deliver operational excellence.

This role requires close collaboration with operations, engineering, finance, and project management teams, site reviews, and ongoing improvement of CapEx processes while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in heavy manufacturing.
• Experience with capital or operational budget planning including finance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or operational strategy.
• Continuous improvement methodologies a plus.
• Ability to work with all levels from shop floor to executive management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate CapEx programs across North American service operations.
• Manage capital planning, portfolio prioritization, project execution oversight, and budgets.
• Oversee CapEx processes, documentation, and post-check analyses.
• Coach CapEx project managers and coordinate with Project Engineering/Execution Managers and Controlling.
