Green Alpha Property Management, part of ECA, seeks a Financial Analyst to own CapEx tracking, bank draw processes and AI-driven finance improvements. This in-office role is based at our Raleigh headquarters and involves partnering with lenders and the finance team to deliver insights and ensure control.

You will automate repetitive workflows, build CapEx forecasts and support budgeting, month-end close, and reporting. Strong Excel, AI, and ERP/BI skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance from a four-year accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance or accounting.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or improve business processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems; Power BI and Oracle a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own CapEx tracking, analysis and bank draw processes with lenders.
• Manage full CapEx draw cycle and document control.
• Develop AI-driven automation of finance workflows.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end close.
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors and project teams on draw questions.
