Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management is seeking a Financial Analyst for our Raleigh, NC headquarters to own CapEx tracking, bank draw processes, and AI-driven finance workflow automation.

You will manage the full draw cycle, analyze capital spending vs. budgets, and support core financial reporting and forecasting. Hands-on AI experience and advanced Excel are required to improve speed, accuracy, and visibility across finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance from a four-year accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance or accounting.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or improve business processes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, fixed assets and capital accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own CapEx tracking, analysis and bank draw processes with lenders.
• Lead AI-driven automation of repetitive finance workflows and processes.
• Manage CapEx draw cycle, validate documentation and reconcile to budgets and loan agreements.
• Prepare CapEx forecasts, cash flow projections and project-level reporting; support budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards; respond to ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset and CIP records in collaboration with accounting.
