Qualifications

• 3–7 years of manufacturing finance or Capex experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and process improvement skills.
• CPA/CMA certification, manufacturing industry experience, and Oracle Fusion know-how

Responsibilities

• Capex process management: Run the Capex workflow, oversee project set-up, and track project progression.
• Forecasting & reporting: Lead Capex forecasting, develop dashboards, and deliver month-end leadership reports.
• Analysis & auditing: Handle reconciliations, conduct project reviews, and provide audit support.
• Cost savings: Monitor and validate cost savings for capital and non-capital projects.
• Collaboration: Drive Capex discipline and partner across functions to continually improve processes.
