The Project Manager is responsible for reviewing design submittals and project funding amendments to ensure compliance with Massachusetts School Buildings Authority (MSBA) policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, engineering standards, and established project guidelines. This position also plays a key role in reviewing and validating district submittals, including reimbursement requests, change orders, budget revision requests, and commissioning consultant invoices, while making recommendations regarding eligibility and funding compliance. While this position offers work-from-home flexibility, it also requires the ability and willingness to attend on-site meetings and travel to assigned project sites throughout Massachusetts on a monthly basis.
Employees assigned to driving duties ("drivers") must have a current, valid US State driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with Keville's driving policy. OSHA 10 certification is a condition of employment.
