Qualifications

• 2-3 years of capacity planning experience with analytics focus.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with data modeling and scenarios.
• Experience with time studies, scope assessments, or process analysis.
• Strong project coordination across 4-8 week build cycles.
• BI tools knowledge for dashboards and data visualization.
• Clear communication of insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, PM, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute the discovery-to-BAU cycle for capacity planning models.
• Design and perform time studies; schedule data collection and tracking.
• Lead stakeholder sessions; build model calculations and baselines.
• Validate models against operational patterns; coordinate dashboards.
• Support KPI development and data pipeline requirements.
• Document progress; maintain RAID logs and governance reviews.
• Track milestones; resolve blockers and dependencies across workstreams.
• Handover models for BAU operations with monitoring protocols.
