Job summary

JLL seeks a Capital Planning Manager to deliver capital planning services, manage the technology platform, and provide strategic advisory across client portfolios. The role emphasizes cost control, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize capital forecasts and project outcomes.

You will leverage AdaptiveWork, BI dashboards, and strong communication to align stakeholders, improve processes, and drive value for real estate and construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; finance, engineering or construction preferred.
• Strong understanding of building systems (MEPFS and architectural).
• Experience translating outputs into marketable deliverables (case studies, white papers, metrics).
• 5+ years in real estate and construction program management.
• 5+ years creating project charters for diverse real estate projects.
• Ability to generate cost evaluations to AACE levels 4-5 and quantify unknowns.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage multi-year capital plans and provide strategic advisory.
• Analyze data for efficiency gains and bundling opportunities across workstreams.
• Review scope, budget and schedule; ensure alignment with business needs.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to validate capital plan submissions.
• Drive technology adoption and maintain accurate data in planning systems.
• Develop best practices and governance for the capital planning process.
