Qualifications

• BS/BA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in the related field.
• Strong PC skills including MS Excel.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement capacity plans to ensure optimal utilization of transportation resources.
• Monitor capacity utilization and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and network planning teams to ensure seamless capacity management.
• Work with load planners to maximize capacity utilization and reduce costs.
• Focus on improving KPIs related to capacity utilization and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance capacity management processes.
