You will partner with Operations, Customs Clearance, IT, and Digital teams to analyze data and implement solutions that raise efficiency and compliance. The role emphasizes automation, dashboards, KPIs, and change leadership, with a focus on reducing manual effort and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, data analytics, finance, computer science or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or data-driven strategy or operations.
• Understanding of customs clearance processes.
• Proficiency with databases and data modeling (e.g. Python, SQL).
• Strong data visualization skills (Power BI).
• Strong critical thinking and root-cause analysis to design optimal solutions.
