This Financial Systems Senior Analyst role is a vital member of the Enterprise Business Management (EBM) Office that provides direct oversight of enterprise finance platforms and data workflows across Texas Capital Bank. This high-profile role combines data integration expertise with platform governance in support of the EBM Office's expanding charter. The position provides opportunities to work directly with finance, technology, and business leadership in designing data flows, managing platform configurations, and ensuring data usability across downstream systems. This role has a strong systems and data focus and will require a self-motivated, action-oriented strategic thinker who can prioritize, communicate, and collaborate to build relationships across departmental lines and drive platform initiatives to successful completion.
