Job summary

Domino’s Corporate is seeking a Process Engineer to lead capacity projects, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement across new supply chain centers, relocations, and expansions.

The role partners with Operations, Quality, Procurement and Finance to deliver scalable solutions ensuring safety, quality and cost performance. Experience in food manufacturing preferred; 3–5 years in process engineering or related fields is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root cause analysis in manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze process performance and communicate improvements to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering for capacity projects including equipment layout and startup support.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, throughput and cost.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Finance and PMO on practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and readiness reports.
