Job summary

Domino's Corporate in Home Office Texas seeks an experienced leader to direct Continuous Improvement across regional supply chain centers. You will drive lean initiatives, partner with senior SCC leadership, and use data analytics to reduce waste and boost productivity.

Travel to centers is required and strong collaboration across teams is essential. You will coach leaders, implement standard work, and deploy five-year improvement plans using Power BI, SAP, Access, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of manufacturing, operations, or engineering leadership in a top operations-driven org.
• Strong financial acumen with productivity and cost‑leverage experience.
• Data analysis skills; Power BI experience is helpful.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and make clear recommendations with PM skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead change across regional supply chain centers to drive performance.
• Use data tools to identify improvements and support KPI visualization.
• Coach center leadership on new processes and productivity gains.
• Develop standard work and five-year transformation initiatives.
• Represent CI at regional meetings to standardize across sites.
