Responsibilities

• Create standardized intake protocol and orientation experience.
• Standardize recordkeeping and completion letter processes for court and probation reporting.
• Audit existing VolyService processes for logging approved service hours and participant records.
• Develop onboarding processes for partner agencies and evaluating their compliance.
• Translate data into storytelling, infographics, and annual report collateral.
