AmeriCorps & Senior Corps seeks a Youth & Family Services Capacity Building VISTA to strengthen systems, partnerships, volunteer engagement, and resource development, expanding services for youth and families facing housing instability and related crises.

The member will build organizational capacity by creating sustainable volunteer management, improving outreach, and supporting grant and fundraising activities. Training and anEducation Award are included upon successful service completion.

Qualifications

• Experience working in youth/family service settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse community partners.
• Strong writing and data collection/analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen systems and partnerships for youth and families.
• Enhance volunteer recruitment, orientation, training, and retention.
• Develop community resource directories and outreach campaigns.
