Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Winding Operator for the 2nd shift in Greenwood, SC. The role operates winding machines to make capacitor packs and supports production flow under supervision of Group Leaders and the Production Supervisor.

You will load film and foil, ensure correct orientation, document production data, and maintain 5S/TPM logs, SPC, and quality checks. A high school diploma and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required; some prefer Hoist certification.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Operate winding machine to produce capacitor packs and ensure quality.
• Load film and foil, verify orientation and size, and identify materials.
• Record production data on winder reports and quality logs.
• Document downtime, scrap, and SPC data; maintain 5S/TPM logs.
• Notify supervisors for unresolved issues and assist with housekeeping.
