Job summary

The position pays $20.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Relocation is not offered, and sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Relocation not offered; candidates must live within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC facility.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• No immigration sponsorship for CPT/OPT or related programs.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow the daily work schedule.
• Communicate schedule needs to Job Setter to ensure materials are available and inventory is verified.
• Review drawings to ensure proper machine setup.
• Assemble capacitor units using banding machines, crimpers, and hand tools.
• Train and assist other team members as needed; meet safety and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and adherence to VOPs.
• Complete required 5S+ activities daily.
