Eaton in Greenwood, SC is hiring a Capacitor Assembler for the 1st shift. You will slitting, cutting, and folding insulation paper, assemble capacitor units, and work with the Group Leader and Production Supervisor to meet safety, production and quality standards.

This position pays $20.00 per hour with hours from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Relocation sponsorship is not offered, and candidates must live within 50 miles of the Greenwood facility.

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of the Greenwood, SC facility.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or visa work authorization for this role.

Responsabilités

• Proficient in slitting, cutting, and folding insulation paper and assembling capacitor units.
• Review and follow the daily work schedule and communicate material needs to ensure availability.
• Verify drawings and specs to ensure proper machine setup and operate banding machines, crimpers, and small hand tools.
• Train and assist other team members as needed and meet safety and productivity goals.
• Adhere to quality procedures, quality alerts, process deviation requirements, and Visual Operating Procedures (VOPs).
• Complete required 5S+ activities daily.
