Eaton is seeking a Group Lead Cap Assembly for the 1st shift to guide a capacitor assembly team in meeting safety, quality, and production goals. The role combines direct labor and leadership to keep workflow efficient and compliant with EQS and 5S+.

You will coach operators, coordinate with supervisors, and drive daily performance reviews. The position reports to the plant leadership and requires hands-on manufacturing experience, plus the ability to learn SAP and use standard work documents at

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience in complex assembly.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Experience reading wiring schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Strong computer skills and SAP familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Plan and direct manufacturing of orders to schedule.
• Provide training and production guidance to employees.
• Set schedules for employees to review standard work sheets and update documents.
• Encourage team to improve Safety, Quality and Lean.
• Maintain high quality in assigned areas.
• Respond to unusual situations, material shortages, and varying manpower.
• Coordinate with Quality to apply EQS standards.
• Lead daily Tier 1 meetings.
• Maintain Visual Boards with variances.
• Ensure 5S+ compliance at start and end of shifts.
