Omari Construction is seeking a driven Canvassing Van Manager to lead territory drops, door-knocking, and appointment setting for inspections. This entry-level sales role offers a base of $120/day plus uncapped commissions in a growth-focused environment.

You'll report to the team, engage homeowners, overcome objections, and use CRM to track activity while aiming to exceed goals and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Report to the office at 10am each day.
• Walk neighborhoods and engage with homeowners through door-knocking.
• Set up appointments for inspections with homeowners.
• Use CRM to track visits and homeowner conversations.
• Overcome objections and communicate the value of our services.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
