Qualifications

• Prior door-to-door sales or canvassing experience required.
• Previous leadership or canvassing management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physically able to walk 3–5 miles daily.
• Comfortable engaging with homeowners and setting appointments.
