This entry-level role offers $20/hour with uncapped bonuses, paid training from day one, and a Monday–Friday schedule. No prior sales experience is required, and there are growth opportunities within the company.

As a Canvasser, you’ll meet with homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role where you are not expected to close deals, but to generate interest from a great first impression.

What You’ll Do

As a Canvasser, you’ll work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners. You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.

• Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Standing, bending, and moving throughout the workday
