Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor in Fargo, ND to lead a dynamic team of canvassers in the field. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff while actively participating in field activities, knocking on doors, and supporting the sales team with free inspections and estimates.

This role emphasizes leadership, endurance, and strong communication as you drive performance and team morale in varying weather. Monday–Saturday availability is required, with robust bonus potential based on results.

Qualifications

• Previous canvass supervision or sales team leadership role.
• Willing to walk outdoors for long periods.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to hit daily and weekly goals.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback to team members.
• Recruit new canvassers and onboard new hires so they are set up for success.
• Safely operate a company van and coordinate field activities in neighborhoods.
