DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front, support a growing field marketing team, and help drive performance and earnings. You will knock on doors with your team, schedule free inspections and estimates, and recruit new canvassers while developing their skills.

This is a high‑energy, boots‑on‑the‑ground role that rewards leadership, active field presence, and a strong work ethic. You’ll mentor team members, coach performance, and collaborate with leadership to refine
