DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor in Washington to lead a boots-on-the-ground canvassing team, set goals, and drive outreach with the sales team. You will recruit, train, and coach canvassers while actively working in the field to model strong work ethic and energy.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and performance-driven earnings with uncapped bonuses, while you remain hands-on in daily field activities.
