DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a field team, motivate peers, and drive performance through coaching and active field presence. You’ll recruit, onboard, and mentor canvassers while supporting scheduling, outreach, and daily operations in outdoor settings.

The role requires strong communication, resilience to rejection, and a willingness to work in varying weather. A valid driver’s license and Monday–Saturday availability are expected.
