StateWide Windows & Doors is seeking a results-driven Canvass Manager to lead our Orlando canvassing team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on recruiting, training, coaching, and scaling a high-performing field operation in a fast-paced market.

You will set daily, weekly, and monthly goals, monitor performance, and develop strategies to increase appointment volume. The ideal candidate thrives on coaching people, building culture, and delivering measurable growth.

Responsibilities

StateWide Windows & Doors is looking for a driven and experienced Canvass Manager to lead and develop our canvassing team in the Orlando market.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and knows how to motivate a team to perform. You'll be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and managing canvassers while helping drive qualified appointments and continued market growth.
