Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a door-to-door marketing team and drive local awareness. You will recruit, staff, train, and motivate your team, and attend weekly management meetings.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus and commission, with top managers earning upwards of six figures. Join a growing national network and be the face of Mad City in your market.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Face to Face Marketing or Lead Setting experience a plus (canvassing or promoting).
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience building/recruiting a team of high level performers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus & commission structure

• Average Managers can make between $75K - $110K per year with above average managers earning upwards of $150K+ per year.
