Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a door-to-door marketing team and drive local lead generation. You will recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate your group while reporting ROI metrics to management.

This role offers a base salary with performance-based bonus and commission. Average managers earn $75K–$110K per year, with top performers exceeding $150K+, plus health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Face to Face Marketing or Lead Setting experience is a plus.
• Prior leadership experience is required.
• Experience building/recruiting a team of high performers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities

The physical requirements of this role may vary depending on the specific job duties and work environment. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Year-round field work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
• Setup and breakdown kiosk and showroom displays
• Must be able to operate a phone, computer, copier, scanner, and fax machine
