Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a door-to-door marketing team, drive lead generation, and raise local awareness. This role offers a competitive base salary plus bonus and commission, with earnings up to $150K+ for top performers.

You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate your crew, attend weekly management meetings, and report ROI metrics to exceed goals. Be the face of Mad City while communicating confidently.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Face-to-face marketing or lead setting experience is a plus.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience building/recruiting a team of high-performers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus & commission structure

• Average Managers can make between $75K - $110K per year with above average managers earning upwards of $150K+ per year.
