Mad City Windows in Sioux Falls is seeking a Field Marketer to engage homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct outreach. This position offers a chance to earn between $55,000 and $75,000 in the first year, with uncapped performance bonuses, and requires no prior experience.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with strong communication skills and an outgoing personality. Flexible shifts are available, and comprehensive benefits are included from Day 1.

• Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities
