Job summary

Mad City Windows is seeking a Field Marketer to engage with homeowners through in-person outreach in Raleigh, NC. This role offers base pay with uncapped performance bonuses, allowing average first-year earnings between $55,000 and $75,000, with top performers earning over $85,000 annually.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, and eager to learn about sales and marketing strategies. No prior experience is required, and flexible schedules are available. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision are also offered, along with PTO available from Day 1.

• Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach
• Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
• Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required!
• Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
• Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career

What We Offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses

Key Qualifications

• No experience required!

  • Currently hiring for 1pm – 9pm shifts
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction
• Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours/day)
  • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities
