Qualifications

• Completed Trainer Training is required.
• Completed Team Leader (TL) Training is required.
• Passionate leader who leads by example.
• Strong communicator and problem solver.
• Driven, accountable, and mission-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive campaign success.
• Recruit, train, and develop exceptional fundraisers.
• Mentor future leaders and build a strong team culture.
• Coach in the field and lead by example (minimum 4 shifts per week).
• Manage performance, meet goals, and complete administrative duties.
