Threshold Giving is hiring a Canvass Director to lead the Humane World for Animals campaign in Portland, Oregon. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building a high-performing team, developing future leaders, and delivering measurable impact for animals while advancing your own career.

You will recruit, train, and supervise canvassers, manage operations, and ensure fundraising goals are met with strong donor integrity and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in the field with at least four shifts weekly.

Threshold Giving partners with leading nonprofits to deliver high-quality face-to-face fundraising that builds lasting support and awareness. We began our partnership with Humane World for Animals in 2016 to launch their Face-to-Face program, and we continue to grow teams of passionate advocates who protect animals every day.

We are hiring a Canvass Director to lead our Humane World for Animals campaign in Portland, Oregon. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to build a high-performing team, develop future leaders, and drive real-world impact for animals while growing their own career.

What You'll Do
