Job summary

Dunwoody Immersive in Minneapolis seeks an Academic Technology Specialist to own Canvas administration for online dual-enrollment programs across multiple districts. You will configure courses, terms, enrollments, and reports, ensuring everything runs smoothly for each term.

You'll partner with academic, business development, and technology teams to improve processes, support students and instructors, and drive scalable, high-quality learner experiences in a fast-growing program.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Canvas LMS in higher education or K-12 environments.
• 3–7 years in academic technology or related operational roles.
• Strong understanding of Canvas workflows and lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting online or hybrid learning environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service mindset with experience supporting students, faculty, or partners.
• Experience generating reports and maintaining operational data.

Responsibilities

• Administer Canvas LMS to support courses, enrollments, terms, and templates.
• Coordinate district onboarding and semester launches with academic teams.
• Provide student support and resolve enrollment or access issues.
• Generate and distribute participation and progress reports to districts.
• Drive process improvements for scalable program growth.
