Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a current Alcohol Awareness Certification.
• Bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of popular beers, alcohol brands, and cocktails required.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills required.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and efficient guest service.
• Pour, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with the highest quality and consistency according to Rose standards.
• Using Point of Sale system to take food and beverage orders for guests in a timely manner.
• Accurately record and sell menu items.
• Knowledge of all bar menu items, brand selections, prices, and garnishes.
• Collect accurate payment from the guest and deposit the exact amount of sales.
• Maintain professional uniform and appearance standards.
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and help guests make drink selections.
• Develop and maintain positive communication and teamwork with co-workers and supervisors.
• Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and make reasonable effort to prevent guests from becoming intoxicated.
• Check guest IDs to confirm guests ordering alcohol are at least 21 years of age.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
