Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending or mixologist experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bartending tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Upbeat, positive, motivated and professional personality.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails with precision and artistry.
• Provide engaging recommendations and storytelling about cocktails and spirits.
• Maintain understanding of premium liquors, wine, beer, and ingredients, sourcing local options when available.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Greet customers professionally, take drink orders, offer recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow standardized recipes and create signature drinks when appropriate.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and stocked during shifts.
• Monitor and clean bar area, glassware, counters, and waste.
• Handle payments including cash, room charges, credit cards, and tabs accurately.
• Comply with local, state, and federal alcohol regulations, including ID checks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure service quality.
• Perform related duties to support team and business success.
