Job summary

Green Thumb Industries seeks a friendly RISE Personal Care Specialist in Henderson, NV. You will work one-on-one with customers in our dispensary, helping them choose products and explaining consumption options to meet their needs.

You will educate customers, stay updated on GTI products and safety procedures, assist with store operations, and ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations. Prior cannabis experience isn’t required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Ability to work a schedule with mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable, responsible attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in cannabis industry.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of interactions.
• Use product knowledge to recommend safe and effective regimens.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure smooth, compliant store operations.
• Enforce local and state cannabis regulations.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and well-presented.
• Maintain required records and follow security procedures.
